Conditions of Hire

  1. Please send your deposit of £100.00 per week payable to:
    Mary Cane | Ardo House | Whitecairns | Aberdeen | AB23 8XN
  2. Balance is payable 4 weeks in advance of your stay.
  3. Hire commences at 3.00 pm and terminates at 10.00 am on the last day.
  4. Pets by arrangement at booking.
  5. Houses to be vacated in a clean and tidy condition.
  6. In the event of the property not being available for any reason, the owners liability is limited to the return of all monies paid.
